About this apartment rental

The Residence is a truly stunning holiday home in Brighton. This ground floor home oozes high quality, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 courtyards! What's more, the location is ideal, with Bay Street around the corner. If you are looking to stay in a property that has the WOW factor, The Residence is just for you.

Offering magnificent open plan living with marble flooring throughout the kitchen, living areas and bathrooms, this apartment is a delight. The kitchen features Miele appliances, dishwasher, built in fridge/freezer with plenty of bench space and cupboards. The dining table seats 4 and is adjacent to a small study nook, while the living area has a large TV, comfortable seating and wall to wall windows that drench the space with light. The Foxtel Platinum package is included for your viewing pleasure.

The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the living area and both have plush wool carpets, built in robes and access to the courtyard. The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, access to the front courtyard and ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a flexible bedding setup, as either two singles or one king bed, built in robes and access to the internal courtyard area. The main bathroom is but a few feet away and is equipped with a shower, toilet and vanity. Beside the second bedroom you will find the separate study with a built in desk and access to the internal courtyard.

Other features include a European laundry with Miele washer/dryer, underground car parking for 2 cars and ducted heating and cooling. Offering a security entrance, this home is positioned perfectly, just a five minute walk to shops, restaurants and transport.

Excellent service from manager - met at residence and helped through the entrance/exit procedures. Accommodation of two bedrooms/two bathrooms with an "office" nook was perfect for the two of us. We would/will use the apartment in the future.
