It’s closeness to the center of the town.
There was no A/C in the apartment, there were weak vantilators only vantilating themselves! There was almost all kind of appliances, but weirdly they did not think to put some hangers on the walls of the bathroom. We have hanged the towels over the shower cabinet class walls. (See photos)
