About this house rental

This home is in the beautiful Hills & Dales neighborhood near the campus of Purdue University. It is a 10-minute walk to Armstrong Hall and even closer to Mackey Arena. It has a wonderful back porch so you can sit outside on the warmer days. On the colder days, the living room windows let you enjoy some afternoon sun. Start your mornings with a cup of coffee from the Keurig or a cup of tea. We have a well-stocked kitchen. Should you choose to cook, there are many staples (olive oil, spices, flour, etc.) available for you to use. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a bathroom connected to the master bedroom that features a tiled shower. The other bathroom in the hallway has a tub/shower unit. Washer and dryer available. This is the perfect location for a visit to campus. It is close to campus and grocery stores in West Lafayette, and only 5 minutes from the fantastic restaurants in Lafayette.
Self checkin is available, but we are 10 minutes away if you prefer to meet in person.

Excellent location - central to Purdue and shopping. Great host - quick communication. I especially appreciated the easy check out process. Other places I’ve stayed at required stripping the beds, taking out the trash, vacuuming, etc. All we had to do at this rental was to start the dishwasher. We were able to focus on packing and moving our child into Purdue’s dorm. Thank you, Nicole!

Great location, well furnished & clean. Really nicely done; only issue we had was that my wife really didn’t like the way the living room & main bedroom smelled— a bit on the stale, kinda sweaty side. Didn’t bother me though. Maybe replacing the mattress top & reconditioning the leather couch & chair would be helpful.

We were able to walk to the football game and Uber to restaurants in less than 10 min, all while being in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. The property was perfect for our family of 6 for the Purdue/Ohio State football game. Plenty of room, the property was very clean and well stock with the essential amenities. This home was wonderful! Very homey, close to campus, and the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was very well stocked and nice linen closet with plenty of towels, blankets etc. Great TV and family room for us to gather. This was the perfect place for our little family to stay at while we were visiting friends in West Lafayette. We typically stay at a hotel or with friends and decided to try out a VRBO. This place did not disappoint. It was fully stocked and spacious for the three of us. I appreciated the labels! So organized! Nicole was very helpful with the check-in process and with any questions we had during our stay. We look forward to staying here again in the future!!

Nicole is super quick responding & had good local suggestions. The house was clean & well stocked in a nice quiet neighborhood. We came to visit our Boilermaker for a football weekend. There was plenty of room to host some college students for a tailgate. Then it was a pleasant stroll to the stadium.

A nice older house in a nice, quiet (relatively, Purdue students had just returned) neighborhood. Cleanliness was good overall, there was just a used cleaning cloth left sitting on the kitchen counter. There were a couple of very minor maintenance issues which could be easily corrected. 3 adult couples could comfortably stay in this house. A good value.
