Clear and concise communication from the host from start to finish. The apartment is modern, clean and well equipped with all kitchen utensils, plenty of towels and pleasant furnishings. We stayed as a family of 4 (mum, dad, teenage girls aged 13 and 15) along with our Patterjack dog, and we all felt safe, comfortable and well catered for. If we holiday in Torquay again, we would have no hesitation in re-booking this accommodation :)
TV intermittently turned itself off/lost signal/didn't recognise the remote control. Not really a big issue to us because we were out a lot but might be a niggle for others. The main bed mattress was a bit on the soft side but this is a personal preference and in no way a complaint because not everyone likes a firm mattress!
