Really friendly staff who helped out when we had an issue with our hot water in the shower - also let us store our bags. Tea and hot water were also provided on each floor which was good.
No central heating - blankets were warm enough to sleep but it was chilly in the room. Hotel felt a bit dated overall, so was a little rougher around the edges.

The location was close to the tourist strip, clean and safe. Staff was very kind and helpful.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff at the reception were very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. They were also able to provide a portable heater quickly when I requested one, which I really appreciated. I especially appreciated that the hotel has a lift, which made everything much more convenient. Great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and very friendly staff.
The room was very cold and we needed to ask for a space heater, which made the room only slightly more bearable!
