Loved the location, it was secluded and private. A little far from the main stuff in Phuket, but I knew that when booking the place. Rooms and bathroom were very spacious, and the AC in the rooms was a blessing in the heat. TV had Netflix which was nice, and the entryway of the villa is gorgeous.
No AC in the living room and had to go to the bedrooms to cool down. Water turned brown in the bathroom sink for the last two days so had to brush teeth in the kitchen. Knew that we would have to pay extra for electricity, but would've appreciate the rate to be posted on the listing before booking.

Quiet and peaceful - lively plunge pool and spacious living room
Outside could have been cleaned better and the deck chairs and outdoor seats were broken. Outside shower was blocked with leaves and dirt.

We loved the property and the neighborhood. Walking distance from Rawai and Yanui beach. Good AC and amenities. Reasonable price for the length of stay and they even allowed us to stay an extra night because I messed up the dates. Really great service!

The pool was great for the kids. The villa has enough space and it was great. People came to to clean the pool and it was nice
There is no AC in the living room, and the AC in the bedrooms also not doing much. Most of the time it was too hot - even hard to sleep.
