About this house rental
The eco-friendly wooden house (leather upholstered furniture) on 800 sqm (officially 4 ****) has 3 bedrooms and 1 living room with integrated, fully equipped kitchen on 50 sqm floor space plus a usable for leisure, relaxation, television and sleeping gallery (about 20 square meters).
The "Domicile Katharina" is ecologically heated with a soapstone stove and has a switchable electric underfloor heating (the only item with an extra cost / 0.30 Euro / kWh). It is convenient to use all year round. In the warmer season, the terrace offers. There are a solid wood sofa and a brick barbecue. 1 to 6 people will feel comfortable. The landlord couple lives in the adjoining property, welcomes guests from other countries and speaks different languages.
The greatest asset of the area are closed woodland with fresh air, solitude and many seasonal mushrooms. Nearby are Brandenburg bathing lakes, an outdoor swimming pool in 3 and a thermal baths 25 km away. Completely underestimated by tourists, lies south of the ridge of Fläming. Berlin and Potsdam (by train in 45/60 minutes) attract with their unique sights. The Wörlitz-Dessau Garden Kingdom, the Lutherstadt Wittenberg, the venerable Brandenburg and the Cistercian monastery Lehnin are to be conquered in day trips. This with quick accessibility via the A 2, A 9 and A 10, by train from the neighboring Borkheide or from the airport Berlin-Schönefeld. In Borkwalde there are 1 bistro and 2 restaurants with home cooking.

We had a wonderful stay in the log cabin style house, which included a beautiful setting in the woods, outdoor seating, and a well equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and our stay was very relaxing. The train station is 2 km away, which made it very easy for us to visit Berlin. We were greeted very warmly when we arrived and the owners are right next door if anything is needed. This location is highly recommended and we would love to return if we visit the area again.

Der Check In sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles zur Entspannung. Einfach super.

Sehr sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes kleines Ferienhaus in ruhiger Waldsiedlung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht.

Netjes verzorgd, lekker in de natuur, goed buitenzwembad vlakbij en in een half uurtje onbezorgd in centrum Berlijn met de trein. Enige punt van mogelijke verbetering: horren en gordijnen op de bovenverdieping. Al met al een heerlijke week gehad.
