About this house rental
Hi, my name is Lucia and I am the owner of this wonderful villa immersed in the Apulian countryside, located 500 meters from the city.
The villa overlooks a spectacular panorama of the city which, especially in the evening with its churches and illuminated houses, looks like a splendid nativity scene.
The furniture of the house is particularly modern, with all the comforts you need; it has two simple but comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a very functional kitchen, with various appliances and dishes, and a living room with a very bright living room, thanks to two splendid windows that frame part of the garden.
The swimming pool with whirlpool is purified with salt and surrounded by the garden. equipped with sofas and beds for a very pleasant relaxation.
Ideal for families with children, but also for young couples.
The patio is equipped with sofas, barbecue and dining tables for outdoor dining.
The entire structure is covered by Wi-Fi connection.
Small pets are allowed.

We loved the beautiful home and picturesque entry….a road adorned with flowers everywhere! The hostesses were incredibly gracious and we felt like we knew them for a lifetime. Only concern was no air conditioning but we did have a nice breeze for most of our three night stay.

We were warmed welcomed by Lucia. The appartement is nice. We had a verry good time in Puglia. There is a lot of beautiful things to see and to do.

Wir sind schon seit mehreren Jahren begeisterte Fans Apuliens. Wir schätzen die Gastfreundschaft, das Klima, die Landschaft und die kulinarischen Freuden dieses schönen Landes.
Was uns bei Lucia erwartete , war einfach perfekt! Das Haus bietet alle Möglichkeiten für einen entspannten Urlaub. Es ist sehr sauber und komfortabel, der Pool und das Grundstück laden zum verweilen ein. Die zentrale Lage im Herzen Apuliens ist ideal für Ausflüge zu den Stränden der Adria oder des Ionischen Meeres. Auch die kulturellen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in kurzen Entfernungen erreichbar.
Das besondere Highlight ist jedoch die freundliche Art der Gastgeberin Lucia, sie ist immer für ihre Gäste da. Sei es für einen kleinen Plausch oder einen Ausflugstipp, auch ein Termin in einer örtlichen Einrichtung war schnell gemacht, dank ihrer Hilfe!
