Bagno senza finestra e senza aspiratore, wc poco stabile fissato col nastro adesivo, letto molto rigido, pulizia generale scarsa, ragnatele, macchie sulle fughe delle piastrelle, tappeti sporchi, dettagli poco curati come mancanza di ganci per appendere asciugamani e strofinacci, presa multipla penzolante in cucina, scarsi accessori in cucina, vecchi tubi a vista sui muri, perdita d'acqua dentro l'appartamento da un terrazzo del piano superiore, non c'è stendibiancheria sul terrazzo

Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Das Bett und die Couch komfortabel und neuwertig. Stara baska ist ein schöner alter Hafen ideal für Menschen die Ruhe suchen. Man muss allerdings etwas mobil sein und über Felswege zu einsamen Buchten gehen.

Die Terrasse ist knapp einen Meter von der Hauptstraße. Nachts fahren durchgehend sehr schnell, trotz Zone 30, die Autos durch. Das restliche Mobiliar ist sehr abgerockt und verschlissen. An der Decke ein großer Schimmel Fleck. Die Toilette ist mit tesa am Boden behelfsmäßig fest geklebt. Die küchenausstattung ist sehr überschaubar. Der gulli stinkt manchmal extrem und die Räume sind hellhörig. Auf den Bildern sieht das Haus sehr schön aus aber man sollte unbedingt darauf achten nicht im Erdgeschoss zu wohnen. Es gibt keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten außer ein kleiner Laden am benachbarten Campingplatz.
