Good value for the price, fully equipped, good location

The apartment is fully equipped, for cooking, laundry, AC, it was already very warm when we arrived and we appreciated that. It’s a quiet place/neighborhood

It’s good for its price and place

1) There was everything needed for cooking and living, perfectly staffed apartment. 2) Self check-in instruction was absolutely clear and easy 3) Very kind host who could answer all questions 4) Several groceries around 5) Bus and metro stations are very close, 6 stations to Duomo 6) Washing machine is working, so we don’t need to take a lot clothes 7) Huge blankets 🩷

1) Floors and table were dirty on kitchen 2) The seal in the shower stall was blackened with mold and the cabin was leaking water, it was not very pleasant to wash 3) It was very loud sometimes 4) No shower gel, only hand soap

The place was clean and comfy. Check in was very easy. The place is great, the only thing that I have comment on is that there were only 3 pillows for 4 guests.

For 4 people it's uncomfortable. The sofa bed's size is OK for 1 short girl but not for 2 adults. The linen and towels were prepared for 2 people.

Lovely Milan apartment at a really nice location.

The apartment has everything you need, separate kitchen, spacey bathroom, great bedroom, balcony, absolutely everything for a stay like at home. The communication with the hosts was really easy, they seem so nice and ready to help. The metro station is like 2 min walk, there is a great supermarket in a minute range too.

Bad internet - Good location.

The location is great, very close to a metro and supermarket and Isola is a cool area in general. The beds were comfortable, including the sofa bed.

There are quite a few things I didnt like about this property: - Internet is super slow and unreliable (for a business trip you can imagine this was not great) - Leaky shower and no warm water (comes and goes while you're in the shower) - Single set of keys makes it very inconvenient for people who don't plan on sticking together the whole time.

Pefecto! A great apartment at a excellent price.

No breakfast provided. Supermarket, train and restaurant are all within minutes of the apartment.

There was initial confusion with not being able to reach the host at check-in. We made several calls to the number provided but no answer. Finally after 30 mins we reached someone who had sent me a message on WhatsApp with instructions the day before. I don't regularly use WhatsApp or check it so it was frustrating to have all the instructions without any email/text notice to look for them. After that everything was excellent.

Relación calidad - precio bien, pero no volvería a repetir.

Mobiliario nuevo. Alojamiento espacioso. Tienes todos las instalaciones que puedas necesitar (micro, tostadora, plancha, etc).

Ruido (se oye el ascensor y los vecinos). Nada insoportable, pero una vez que pagas no quieres ruidos para descansar bien. Sartenes muy viejas, ropa de cama y toallas tambien antiguas. No había jabón ni champú en la ducha, lo típico que si tienes en hoteles. Sin embargo, si había fairy para que no dejes los platos sin fregar.

Mi è piaciuta la pulizia ed il fatto che c'era tutto quello che ci serviva. Arredamento moderno e arioso. Ben riscaldato per il clima invernale.

Il letto in soggiorno non è comodo. L'appartamento è ideale per una coppia, ma non per tre persone.
