The apartment is fully equipped, for cooking, laundry, AC, it was already very warm when we arrived and we appreciated that. It’s a quiet place/neighborhood

Mobiliario nuevo. Alojamiento espacioso. Tienes todos las instalaciones que puedas necesitar (micro, tostadora, plancha, etc).
Ruido (se oye el ascensor y los vecinos). Nada insoportable, pero una vez que pagas no quieres ruidos para descansar bien. Sartenes muy viejas, ropa de cama y toallas tambien antiguas. No había jabón ni champú en la ducha, lo típico que si tienes en hoteles. Sin embargo, si había fairy para que no dejes los platos sin fregar.

Good public transport
For 4 people it's uncomfortable. The sofa bed's size is OK for 1 short girl but not for 2 adults. The linen and towels were prepared for 2 people.
