The apartment has every amenity you could possibly want. The shower was fabulous. The info for the check in was very good and the parking was perfect for us. Beds very comfy. The chocolates on reception and a personalised welcome were simply things that made a difference. The staff were very responsive and helpful especially after I had to call at 4am after being clamped- please do not make the same mistake we did - always park in the direction of traffic!
Very minor but a smart tv would have made this exceptional as the weather was bad and the kids were bored. Details of the parking restrictions in the very detailed house manual would be great too.

Very comfortable and good facilities including the underground car park. Loved the view from the bay window.
Slightly long walk to chairlift but wasn’t a problem. There was a TON of snow when we went which made it difficult. Not the fault of the apartment.
