About this house rental
Comfort, privacy and tranquility of a house in a gated community, with access to the paradisiacal trail through vegetation and sand dunes, leading to a reserved beach between Joaquina beach and Campeche beach. A must-see tour with easy access to any age.
The house combines the comfort of a classic design with the elegance and practicality of modern finishes. Kitchen integrated into the garden, invites you to a long breakfast.
PROXIMITY OF NATURE
The trail, which leaves from inside the condominium, starts with a wooden walkway suspended over the sandbank and leads to the beach, offering a memorable walk. It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk of pure beauty, among natural vegetation, freshwater lagoons, and sand dunes. You can often see small animals of the local fauna, such as monkeys, toucans, blue jackdaw, clams and many others.
At the end of the trail you reach a well-reserved beach, most frequented by residents of the surrounding condominiums.
For those who like busier beaches, just walk another 10 minutes to the left to reach the excitement of Joaquina beach, famous for its surfing championships. Heading to the right we have Praia da Cruz and right afterwards Novo Campeche beach, beaches suitable for water sports such as surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, swimming crossings, etc.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Large house all open, with 600m2 built on a land of 1. 400m2, fully grassed and wooded.
Glass doors and windows allow maximum use of daylight and garden views.
The house has three levels, on the ground floor a large living room with gas fireplace, modern and well equipped kitchen, a TV room separate from the living room, a toilet and 4 four bedrooms.
On the upper floor there are two beautiful suites with a balcony overlooking the pool, a library and a small gourmet space with a stunning view of the Dunes.
In the basement there is another TV room, kids space, service area and employee dependency.
THE CONDOMINIUM
It is located in the residential condominium Vilas do Porto, extremely well located:
- 24 hour security;
- camera monitoring system;
- concierge;
- tennis court and sand volleyball court;
- kiosk with barbecue area;
- playground.
We will be available to help with household items and information about the city.
The house will be cleaned by our employee daily, except on Sundays, by our trusted employee.
