Comfortable mountainside townhouse at Loon Mountain with warm wood finished space, cozy fireplace and spacious floor plan. Great kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and ample dining space, open to the living room. Cathedral ceilings and bright windows open the view to the mountains, and river below. Air conditioning on main level and upper level bedrooms.
Perfect for two couples, a family of 4, or a quiet getaway for two. This 3-level townhouse features an open living area with fireplace, cathedral ceilings with fans, a fully-equipped kitchen, 65 inch TV in living room, wireless internet access, and washer/dryer.
The master bedroom has a TV, queen-size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. Queen mattresses recently purchased. All bedding and towels are provided.
5 minute walk to Viaggio Spa and Wellness Center, The Black Diamond Pub, Loon Mountain Adventure Center, and Gondola Skyrides to the top of the mountain. Monthly rates available.

Very quiet and peaceful place. Nice wood decor in the house. Very close to the river and nice trees in the back.Close to Loon Mountain resort.Nice and friendly host.

The furnishings and appliances were top notch and the kitchen was well supplied. The bedroom situation left something to be desired. The primary was fine but shared a bathroom with a tiny bedroom next door. The only other sleeping room was a 4 bed bunk room in the lower level with mattresses not comfortable for adults. Also there is a strong musty smell in the lower level. Perhaps replacing the rugs with solid flooring would help.
There was one locked room downstairs and a locked closet upstairs. We had a major inconvenience for several weeks while the condo driveway was being torn up for drainage repairs and we had to park at the next condo association.
