This beautifully designed 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo sleeps up to 4 guests and blends modern comfort with designer touches throughout.
• Primary bedroom: King bed with a luxury 5-star mattress from The Four Seasons
• Additional sleeping: Double Murphy bed in the living area

The open living space features plush carpeting, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV with stunning bay views. The thoughtfully curated interior includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring in the kitchen, a transparent Kartell dining set, and three flat-screen TVs—including one in the bathroom.

The bathroom offers dual pedestal sinks and a spacious oval soaking tub with a shower. A coin-operated laundry room is conveniently located just steps down the hall.

Outdoor Living & Location
Enjoy morning coffee or sunset wine on your private balcony overlooking the boardwalk, where bikers, joggers, and walkers pass by throughout the day. Watch sailboats, kiteboarders, and catamarans glide across Sail Bay, then hop on one of the two provided beach cruiser bikes to explore the bay or cruise over to Mission Beach to watch the surfers and sunset.

Riviera Villas is ideally located on the quiet east side of Sail Bay, offering a peaceful setting while still being:
• 12 minutes to Downtown & the Gaslamp Quarter
• 1.5 miles to SeaWorld
• 15 minutes to Balboa Park & the San Diego Zoo

Crown Point/Mission Bay

• Booking Process: After booking, you must complete our electronic rental agreement and an identity verification to access your guest portal. Check-in details, including a custom door code and property information, are available in the portal after all requirements are completed.
• Seasonal Policies: We have minimum stay requirements that vary by season.
Summer (Memorial Day–Labor Day): 5 night minimum, no arrivals on July 4th (Independence Day)
Holidays: 5-night minimum. A single reservation cannot span both Christmas and New Year's unless it is 14+ nights. No arrivals/departures on Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is 3 p.m. (4 p.m. in summer). Check-out is 11 a.m.
• Group Travel: We manage multiple units in this building. Please inquire if you need more space for a larger family or group.
• Property Note: This is a privately owned vacation home. Furnishings and decor may occasionally be updated and differ slightly from the photos.
• Pet Policy: Pets are NOT permitted.
• Rate Policy: Rates fluctuate daily. Pricing at the time of booking is the confirmed rate.
• Age Policy: We typically do not rent to guests under 25 or to large groups. Please contact us prior to booking if your group requires an exception.
• Climate Control: The condo does not have central A/C. It is equipped with electric wall heaters for cooler evenings and enjoys a wonderful ocean breeze.
• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry machines are conveniently located down the hall from the unit for your use.
• Beach Gear Provided: We provide a variety of beach accessories, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and bikes!
• Starter Kit: We provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and detergents. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also included.
• Traveling with Children: Baby equipment, including a pack ‘n play, high chair, and crib, is available to rent for your convenience. Please inquire for details.

We recommend a car for navigating San Diego, but public transportation is just a couple blocks away. If you`re planning to stay put in Pacific Beach, there is no need for cars! Just ride our provided bikes or walk the neighborhood.

Clean, welcoming, with lots of sunlight unit. Very clean, with everything you might possibly need. Stunning view from the living room and the balcony made our breakfasts more enjoyable. Only a bike ride away from the Pacific shore! We would definitely recommend this place to a friend or a family member.

We had a great time and the property is in a great location. Having the bikes to use was a HUGE plus!!! The ONLY downfalls were all the keys and codes we had to have to access the apartment. However, that just means we were extra safe!! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

The condo was very nice and clean and had a gorgeous view of the bay. A couple of things to note would be: 1) There is an assigned parking space, however, when there are many cars parked in the underground garage, it is very difficult to get into the spot as it is right next to a post and very close to the garage entrance. 2) We were looking for a quiet area to stay in, however, because this condo is in a mostly residential building, it was almost too quiet. When we came back to the condo in the evenings, I felt like I would wake everyone up just by walking from the elevator to the door. We stayed in October so it might have felt different if it were during the summer months. The sound traveled due to the courtyard architecture of the building. Also, due to the layout of the building, you can see into people's bedrooms, kitchens, etc. as you walk through the hallways. All in all, the condo itself is very nice and the interior design was pretty. Nancy's Vacation Rentals did a great job with all communications about check in, check out, etc. We knew this building did not have a pool or hot tub, but during our vacation, we regretted not booking one that does.
