I would like to inform you that the house features furniture from the United States and has air conditioning throughout the entire house, including the hallways and the media room, which is equipped with a 70-inch LCD TV.
The bathrooms in the house are large and new, equipped with modern electric showers, with the exception of the gas-heated suites. There is an outdoor suite with an entrance outside the house that is for staff use, and I can also tell you that, based on the available parking spaces, you can park 4 cars in covered spaces and others in the courtyard without any problem.

To ensure you have an excellent stay in Búzios, our three staff members—a server, a butler, and an assistant for external services and kitchen duties—along with a chef and a housekeeper, all of whom are highly competent and attentive, are ready to prepare all meals, delicacies and specialties, as well as barbecues—including seafood (grilled)—and pizzas in the covered area, caipirinhas and caipirovskas in various flavors, and other beverages.

In addition to cooking, grocery shopping, cleaning, and tidying up the house, pool, sauna, etc., are handled by our well-trained staff, who are there to assist with and fulfill all your needs and desires, depending on the number of guests. is large, we must hire a cook to handle the cooking duties, since with the house full, one person simply cannot do all the work. Ferradura Beach is one of the most pleasant beaches and ideal for walks and healthy sports (windsurfing, water skiing, kayaking, banana boat rides, paragliding). At its well-established beach kiosks, you’ll be spoiled for choice between shade and fresh water, sunshine, or cold beer. Lined with comfortable villas, the beach is frequented by celebrities.

The front of our house faces the beach street (Rua Dom Ferradura) and is located in the middle of Ferradura Beach, 30 meters from the beach access (at the end of Rua da Corrente).

The house is brand new. The distance from the front door to the sand is about 50 steps, and it is 500 meters from the center of Búzios.

The house has a gym on the top floor and a cardio room installed a few months ago, equipped with air conditioning and a TV.
