About this house rental
Updated, nicely decorated - beach side home. 2/br - 2/ba with sleeper sofa (all queen size beds). Large open floor plan - great room/kitchen combo with nice gulf views. Wi-fi Internet and cable, TV's in both b/r's and l/r. Large laundry room with washer dryer. Large front and rear deck with gulf and bay views. Private 4 person Jacuzzi on covered rear deck. Out door shower and enclosed patio under house with TV, 2 person wicker swing, gas grill, built in bar and bar stools. Non-smoking rental. No pets.

This has been our happy place at the beach for years. We cannot get enough of Palm Paradise. If we were to build a house on the beach, this would be the design. It has a tiki bar, a hot tub on the back deck, and it is clean and comfortable inside. The front deck is very nice for sitting as well, we just choose the back. Milton and Brenda are wonderful hosts, communication is quick and smooth. We are blessed to have found this place and these people. We will be back in October and we already miss it!

This house has everything you are looking for in a beach house! Clean and bright, comfortable beds, hot tub, covered bar area under the house and covered deck upstairs where the hot tub is. The beach is a short walk from the house and there are plenty of chairs to sit around on the deck in the evening. It is close to Fort Morgan and there are plenty of things to do just a few minutes away! Dolphin excursions, fishing charters and other activities. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends!Brenda and Milton are wonderful, welcoming hosts! Correspondence with them is easy, and they make you feel at home in their home!We really enjoyed our time there!Thank you both for your hospitality and allowing us to use your home!!Rob Klang

We had a great stay. The place was clean and as advertised in pictures. Short walk to beach. I would definitely stay here again.
