The apartment was very clean with a beautiful view towards the old center over the fjord. This and the quietness created a very calm atmosphere, ideal for relaxing !

Zustand trüb Aufenthalt sthr

Die Ausstattung des Wohnraums war liebevoll gemacht. Bis auf die Dusche auch das Bad. Die Küche haben wir nicht genutzt. Mehr als eine Nacht wären wir hier nicht geblieben aufgrund des Zustandes des Appartements.

Nur das gröbste: Schimmel im Bad und Dusche, Glastrennwand der Dusche mit vielen, vielen Wasserflecken, Schimmel am Fenster und große Flecken auf dem Teppichboden haben den Aufenthalt sehr stark getrübt.

Gott sei Dank nur eine Nacht. Nie wieder!

Die Lage ist sehr schön, die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut.

Die Sauberkeit ist ein absolute Katastrophe, besser, sie findet nicht statt. Alter Kaffee in der Kaffeemaschine inkl. Filter. Keine Ahnung wann die Dusche das letzte Mal einen Entkalker gesehen hat, nicht in diesem Jahr. Spuren des Vormieters im Klobecken. Raucherzimmer. Auf dem Teppich im Wohnzimmer kann man Hopse spielen, von einem Dreckfleck zum anderen. Schön auch der Insektenfriedhof an Decke und Wänden. Schimmel an der Fensterfront. Der Vormieter hat es sich mit Teelichtern gemütlich gemacht, die Reste stehen überall im Zimmer herum. Ein dreckiges Bettlaken darf nicht fehlen, usw... Ich habe so etwas echt noch nie erlebt. Eine bodenlose Frechheit. Wirklich sehr schade, denn die Wohnung an sich, mit Lage und Ausstattung ist super. Einfach mal ein bisschen Geld zum Renovieren in die Hand nehmen und dann sauberhalten. Aber so, lasst die Finger davon!

Nichts. Das Bett war ok.

Es war sehr dreckig. Unhygienisch. Alter , fleckiger Teppich. Lampe über der Spüle defekt. Schlechtes Licht im Bad. Kein rasieren möglich. Drei Fenster, aber nur zwei Gardinen.

Alles in allem werden wir nach Überarbeitung der Punkte gerne wieder mal anfragen.

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war angenehm. Eine schöne Aussicht auf das Gottorfer Schloss und auf die Schlei.

Die Schlüsselübergabe war nicht in Ordnung. Nach Hinweisen zur Wohnung sollte der Schlüssel persönlichen übergeben werden. Nach mehreren Telefonaten sollten wir ihn an einem weit entlegenen, näher beschriebenen Ort aus einem Schlüsselkasten mit einem Code entnehmen. Ältere Herrschaften hätten ihre Probleme damit. Ein Toaster war nicht vorhanden, obwohl in der Beschreibung aufgeführt. Toast wurde so gegessen. Die Fensterfront sollte generell mal gesäubert werden. Auch sollte die Batterie zur Uhr erneuert werden. Es wäre auch schön, wenn die Lichtanlage unter dem Hängeschrank über der Spüle in Ordnung gebracht werden würde.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Schleswig - Preis/ Leistung für die Stadt sehr gut!

Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung bestens. Tolle Lage, absolute Ruhe. Ein Gefühl von Sicherheit!!! Alles da, was man braucht, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Tolle Aussicht Gute Bus Anbindung zum ZOB beim Oberlandesgericht. Sehr bequemes Bett mit Schleiblick ! Komme gern wieder.

Tolle Lage, grandiose Aussicht, wenig Comfort

Das Apartment ist super gelegen und bietet eine unglaublich tolle Aussicht. Zu Fuß ist fast alles erreichbar, was Schleswig an Sehenswürdigkeiten zu bieten hat. Die Unterkunft selbst bietet eine kleine, gut ausgestattete Küche, mit Geschirr und Besteck für 2 Personen. Der Vermieter hat zuverlässig alle Infos zur Schlüsselübergabe kommuniziert und war auch telefonisch erreichbar.

Das Interieur wirkt sehr verwohnt, der Dusche fehlt eine regelmäßige, gute Reinigung. Sie ist extrem verkalkt und in vielen Fugen blüht der Schimmel. Im Bad gab es lediglich noch eine Restrolle WC-Papier. Das Licht ist sehr, sehr spärlich. Das Apartment ist nicht Allergiker geeignet. Im Wohn-Essbereich ist Teppich ausgelegt, besonders unter der Heizung waren sehr viel Staub und Flusen. Da ich Frühsport mache und dafür auf den Boden gehe, verändert sich der Blickwinkel massiv. In der Küche fehlte mir eine Info zum Mülltrennsystem und die Geschirrtücher, durchlöchert, hatten auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Leider gab es auch keinen frischen Putzschwamm oder Abwaschlappen. Die Tapeten haben viele Löcher und Flecken, die Fensterfront ist sehr dreckig und die Matratze extrem weich. Letzteres ist aber Geschmackssache. Was allerdings ein absolutes No-Go ist. Die Apartmenttür kann von innen nicht gesichert werden. Mit einem Schlüssel, kann jederzeit von draußen jemand hinein. Für Alleinreisende Frauen kein angenehmes Gefühl. Wenigstens eine Kette sollte an der Tür angebracht werden.

Man sollte Mal eine Apartment Kontrolle durchführen.

Das Bett war sehr gut.

Schimmel im Bad und im Wohnbereich an der Fensterfront. Für 2 Personen nur 1 Handtuch dafür aber 2 Duschetücher. Mann konnte die Fenster nicht verdunkeln. Es fehlt ein Schal. Und die Park Karte die wir bekommen sollten, ist leider nicht hinterlegt worden, und das bei der Großbaustelle. ( Parkplatz Mangel dadurch. )

Auf keinen Fall würden wir wiederkommen!

Irgendwas hat bei der Übermittlung der Ankunftszeiten nicht geklappt, sodass wir erst nicht einchecken konnten. Nach einem Anruf hat der Vermieter sich aber bemüht schnellstmöglich zu kommen, da wir auf eine Hochzeit mussten und zeitstress hatten. Das Bett war bequem, frische Handtücher lagen auf dem Bett

Im Zimmer herrscht ein penetranter Geruch. Die Vorhänge decken nicht das ganze Fenster ab, sodass man schon früh morgens ein helles Zimmer hat, an den Fenstern und in den Ecken waren Risse, Schmutz, Schimmel? Den Wasserkocher und Toaster haben wir bei einem Blick hinein lieber nicht genutzt. Die Duschmatte sollte mal gewechselt / gewaschen werden. Flecken im Teppich, von denen ich nicht wissen möchte, woher sie sind. Die Wände und auch die Decke sind dreckig. Scheinbar haben wir auch ein anderes Zimmer als das gebuchte bekommen, denn statt eines modernen Badezimmers mit Dusche hatten wir ein 70er Jahre altes Badezimmer mit Badewanne, die einen sehr hohen Einstieg hatte. Nutzen wollte man diese dann bei einem Blick hinein auch lieber nicht. Wasserflecken an den Wänden, Die Lüftung lief durchgängig. Allgemein ist der Gesamteindruck des Gebäudes sehr schlecht, renovierungs, wenn nicht sogar sanierungsbedürftig. Wir waren im 18. Stock, (statt wie angegeben im 1.) sodass das fahren mit dem Fahrstuhl unumgänglich war, man hatte aber das Gefühl, dass man gleich stecken bleibt, oder schlimmer, da es so gewackelt hat. Das Geld ist es keinesfalls wert.

Es war eine andere Wohnung nicht ADARO , von meiner Sicht war die Wohnung nicht so schön, Badezimmer sehr alt mit Badewanne und kalt. Baustelle und viel lärm

Das bade Zimmer Boden mit 1cent ausgelegt mega die Wohnung super schön der Ausblick mega

Im Bad waren noch Staubflüssen aber die waren mit ein wisch weg
