Casa tranquila con vistas en la colina de tías

The property is very spacious and private, tucked away in cul the sac street with fabulous panorama of the town and the sea. Despite being 10 min away by car from the airport, you could not hear airplanes at all. Very good property layout for two families as rooms are on two opposite sides of the living room, so very private. Swimming pool is of decent size (approx 4m x 8m), we had 4 children and adult in it at the same time having a smashing time. All the amenities were very good and the kitchen was fully equipped. You can hike the volcanos from there. Clean, well maintained, definitely value for money.

There is just two things that you need to be aware of- it is quite windy there and not close to touristic attractions like restaurants etc. But it was actually a plus for us as you avoid the loud crowds and can really relax in a tranquil environment.

Beautiful and bright house in a quiet and peaceful area. The house was very well maintained with a beautiful garden and pool. Home from home feeling. Close to airport and Puerto del Carmen by car. Ricardo was very accommodating and easy to contact. He made our family holiday amazing.

Emplacement exceptionnel. A 5 minutes du Lidl, à 10 Minutes de Puerto del carmen, 10 minutes de l'aéroport. Maison avec piscine à 28 degrés, nous avons pu en profiter.

El anfitrión muy amable, buena ubicación y en general la casa está muy bien.

Si se va usar el sofá cama, sería conveniente que hubiera cortinas opacas ya que entra el sol desde muy temprano.
