Welcome to your luxury Lake Norman retreat, where unobstructed lake views, a private balcony/deck, elevator, and a spacious top-floor (end unit) location create the perfect setting for a relaxing, peaceful getaway. Nice Feature: Our pool is open until September 30, due to the beautiful warm weather.
Our Lake Norman condo is our personal lake retreat, and we love sharing it with others. Over the years, we have welcomed many wonderful guests and take great pride in providing a comfortable, welcoming space where you can relax and unwind.
We have our condo professionally cleaned after every stay and take great pride in having it spotless, fresh, and welcoming when you arrive. As our only vacation rental, we are able to give our condo the personal attention and care it deserves.
This end-unit condominium offers vaulted ceilings, an open-concept floor plan, an abundance of natural light, and one of the best unobstructed views of Lake Norman. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, our intimate 18-unit community offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere—perfect for enjoying the beauty of Lake Norman.
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, new stainless-steel appliances, and everything needed for preparing meals. The breakfast bar offers casual seating, while the dining table comfortably seats six.
The adjoining living room invites everyone together with comfortable seating, a cozy fireplace, and a new 75-inch LG Smart TV.
After a day on the lake, unwind in exceptionally comfortable beds with premium linens. The primary suite features a king bed, private bath, walk-in closet, dedicated workspace, and beautiful lake views.
Two additional guest bedrooms each offer queen beds and their own televisions. Our condo is professionally cleaned and meticulously maintained. We also have a new washer and dryer for your use.
Enjoy peaceful walks along the waterfront boardwalk while taking in the beauty of Lake Norman.
The pool, which overlooks the lake, opens on May 1 through September 30. Enjoy the on-site tennis and pickle ball courts, which have recently been renovated.
The condo is ideally located near grocery stores (Publix/Harris Teeter/Whole Foods), shopping & restaurants (Birkdale Village).
Enjoy scenic parks and greenways, golf, kayaking, boutique shopping, and excellent restaurants. Uptown Charlotte, NASCAR attractions, and Davidson College are just a short drive away. The Lake House Restaurant is only steps from our condo.
For Boat Lovers: While the condo does not include a dedicated boat slip; slips may be available to rent. Please inquire at the time of booking if you are interested.
Morningstar Marina is just a few minutes away for boat, jet ski, & other lake rentals.
Enjoy the beauty and tranquility of Lake Norman during North Carolina's mild winter season. Monthly rates are available January through April, with discounts for extended stays.

• Security: A Ring video doorbell is installed at the front entrance for security purposes. We respect our guests’ privacy and only access recordings if needed to address a security or property-related issue. There are no cameras inside the condo or on the private deck.
• Guest Verification: To help ensure a safe and secure experience for all guests, we kindly request a government-issued photo ID after booking.

Anne could not have been a more welcoming or gracious host! Having stayed in a number of VRBO properties, and also as a host myself, I was impressed by her warmth and friendliness, her immediate response to any questions we had both before enduring our stay, and her graciousness and helpfulness overall.The property is lovely and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the terrace, looking out over the lake, and enjoying the soft breezes there. We would stay here again, gladly!

Friendly and communicative host. Well maintained condo that slept our family comfortably. Top floor view of the lake is likely the best of the entire property. Would happily stay again.

This condo was perfect for our family of four! It was very clean and comfortable with beautiful sunset views! We loved having coffee on the porch in the mornings and played many games of scrabble. It was a perfect stay!!!
