A Great Bargin, Pet Friendly. Two & half blocks from the beach.

We have been staying at this rental for 5 years now and it's great! Perry and Fran are a lovely couple who make sure this house and their renters are well taken care of. The house is always clean, there is a wonderful supply of bath/hand towels, nice kitchen appliances, and the bikes are a huge added bonus!! The house is in an amazing location - close to the Dare County bike path, close to many restaurants, and very close to the beach! We truly enjoy our stay here yearly and appreciate all that Perry and Fran do for their renters.

The home was ideally situated between the ocean and the bay, with a beautiful park right across the street where kids and dogs often played. It was within walking distance to great restaurants, which made everything super convenient. The neighborhood was charming and quiet, with the house tucked away in a lovely setting.The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our furry girl to run and play, and she especially loved relaxing on the porches overlooking the park. We were surprised when the owner stopped by a couple of times to handle repairs — something we hadn’t experienced with previous landlords.As always, the OBX never disappoints.

Check in was easy. The kitchen was well equipped. Very nice

This was our third stay at Perry and Fran's house. They are wonderful owners - friendly, responsive, and keep the property in excellent condition. The location of the house is close to everything: shopping, beach, park, and restaurants. It has pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great for families. Thanks Perry & Fran!
