Beautiful view, clean establishment, property does need some outside maintenance, screens were either torn or missing making it not possible to leave the sliding doors open. Jacuzzi bath tub in master king bedroom and fan didn’t work upon arrival. Maintenance person showed up to install a new game with no prior warning from property manager. While he was there I do let him know about the tub however we were in the beginning of our family vacation and didn’t want the interruptions. Maintenance people just showed up throughout the week with no notice for linens to leave or take from previous guest staying. When using the ovens you needed to open the doors because the heat kept setting off the smoke/heat alarms. Waking people who were still sleeping. Even with these few issues our family vacation was nice.

The house had plenty of room for our 15 person girls weekend. Ideal location near Jeannette's Pier. We spread out in the main living/kitchen area, playing multiple games while others watched tv. Plenty of seating. My one complaint is there seems to be absolutely no heat in what I believe to be the two front bedrooms which were added on this year. It stayed frigid compared to the back bedrooms. The people in those rooms had to sleep with their clothes on and multiple blankets. The owners should probably look into this. Other than the lack of heat, we had a terrific time and I would definitely rent again.

house was not cleaned, pool kept malfunctioning, trash was not getting picked up, dredging was right out in front of us limiting our view and obstructing our beach access
