About this house rental

A hospitable and authentic Venetian family for generations, Antonio Michela and his son Giovanni will welcome you warmly in their home The house is located in the Dorsoduro area one of the oldest in the city, loved by travelers interested in art and museums A perfect place where you can enjoy typical venetian atmosphere and reach the beaytful attractions of the city in a few min by walk.

Guests have access to a full kitchen with small dining area, entrance, terrace.
We have organized our home to be totally free and independent for both of us, but at the same time, if you wish, we will always be happy to share with you our knowledge of the city and lots of tips to live as true citizens, even for a short stay.

The room is a double room with a big and comfortable bed (bed linen and towels provided)

All rooms have their private keys.

The romantic Zattere promenade is close by, so as the lively Campo Santa Margherita with its lots of tipical locals as "bacaro", little cafes and affordable nice restaurants due to the closeness with the main Universities of Venice. In this side of the city you will meet mostly local people and young students coming from all over Italy to study here.
Some of the most beautiful churches are close by and a visit is not to miss: the oldest San Nicolò dei Mendicoli, San Sebastiano church with the Paolo Veronese frescoes and San'Angelo Raffaele.

This is the ideal neighborhood for travelers who want an authentic Venetian experience away from the crowds of San Marco. Venetians live, work and play here so you can get a real feel for the life in this extraordinary place. The house is near the Church of San Nicolo 'dei Mendicoli, one of the oldest in Venice, and near the venerable school of Architecture at Universita' Ca 'Foscari. There are several charming cafes right around the corner. The closest campo is Campo Santa Margherita, one of the liveliest campos in the city.
