We enjoyed the view of the beach and that our building's pool was in view of the beach also. Our condo was in good condition for the most part.
We reported some issues upon arrival. The kitchen sink faucet had the handle detached. We had to gingerly use it when washing dishes. The refrigerator door shelves had cracks or were broken. We reported these issues so that we were not charged for damages.

Great location, nice pools, tiki hut on location, condo was clean and had everything you could need to cook and clean up after yourself for the week. I would definitely stay at this location again.
It is in a highly touristy spot so beaches were full but that was to be expected.

I liked how it wasn’t far from the beach, it was a wonderful experience
Honestly I have nothing to say that I disliked. It was a nice location and stay in general.

It was close to Pier Park and on the beach
The Filthy carpet in the bunk bed room had the whole unit smelling and the furniture was very soaked . The rental company had to send out an upholstery cleaning company. The master's bedroom top sheet was soiled and the inside shower curtain was filthy. However ,after a day of waiting of the furniture and carpet to dry it was nice fir the next quest.
