Tutto: casa molto spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort, vicinanza a tutti i servizi (macelleria, pescheria, bar, supermercati, farmacie, centro città), ottima base per andare sia alla spiaggia rocciosa (capilungo) che alla spiaggia sabbiosa (torre san giovanni), quartiere tranquillo, in bagno e nella credenza c'era tutto, asciugamani, detersivi e una dispensa già fornita e tutta fresca.

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, il fatto che fosse a livello strada: non ci permetteva di tenere la porta aperta per arieggiare perchè il passaggio delle auto (non tante comunque) portava il gas di scarico in casa.
