Дозволили заселитися раніше. Чудове місце розташування - поруч Дерібасівська, безліч закладів харчування, Сільпо, Таврія В, ресторан Хмари. До моря пішки 30 хвилин. Дві кімнати. Є паркувальне місце. Кондиціонер, пральна машина, мікрохвильова піч. На моє прохання господар надав другий ключ, так як нас було дві сім'ї. За окрему доплату дозволив залишитись довше, так як потяг о десятій вечора.
В квартирі присутній запах. Світильники над робочою зоною кухні не працюють. Поганий Wi-fi. Старі пошарпані меблі.

Отличная квартира в самом центре города. Очень удобная, есть все, что нужно. Были в период с 6 по 10 апрел, с двумя маленькими детьми. Удобный кровати, прекрасный вид на Дерибасовскую/Екатерининскую, чистота.
Единственный минус (лично для нас) подниматься с двумя маленькими детьми и коляской высоко :)) но это не минус квартиры, она суперская
