Location of Condo was great. On Top Floor. The water pressure and quick heating for the water was a plus, it was nice to have instant hot water at the shower. The furniture was in good shape overall. The Couches were comfortable and the Televisions worked well after a little learning curve.
The toaster, Coffee Maker and Washing machine were out of service when we arrived for our two week stay. They replaced the Coffee Maker and Toaster within 24 hours with a new one that worked. But the Washer smelled bad for the entire two weeks it held water that was stale and dirty when a man finally came and vaccuumed the water out, the smell remained for the remainder of the stay. But they did not replace the washer which is 10 years old and the pump on it had quit working. So we were not able to wash clothes in our unit for the entire two weeks.

Beds uncomfortable, area rugs dirty, personal items from last people still there , water in dishwasher and they ask me to remove it , parking should be included in price
