Clean and nice looking
We ran out of toilet tissue, and the front desk told us to purchase extra out of the vending machine.

Kitchen was nice apartment was spacious. It's good for a beach stay though.
The bathroom ceiling was mildew. The guess bathroom toilet was not stable.

great location, directly in the heart of Destin and easy view/walk to beach.
we had to drive to RealJoy's office in Destin to get the room keys. Their office was super dirty and they had cardboard boxes blocking the lock ox where I was supposed to grab the keys. There was noone in the building to show me around or help find the keys at first.
Second bath sink was broke. Towels and pillow cases were the cleanest. Cleaning crew busted up into our room 15 minutes before check out, while my girlfriend barely had clothes on.
