Location, view, and accessibility to the beach
The only negative was not having a washer/dryer inside the condo.

Very nice Apartment, great balcony with enough space to eat outside.
Wonderful view from master bedroom, property very clean, great heated pool with very clean water, very good house keeper, great location.
Nice parks, shopping possibilities and restaurants close by.
After booking via booking we were transfered to vacasa and then another local company, Viara or simular. We have received 15 emails with redundant and repeating information but the necessary gate code to enter the property was not provided and nobody answered the phone.
After a while fortunately, a neighbor let us in and provided the code.

The condo was very comfortable and the location was excellent! Great beach access and pool. We found for our purposes we needed to drive everywhere but very centrally located made it easy to get around.
Really we had no complaints at all. Wonderful stay!

Love that it is small (less crowded). On the beach. Love that it is gated as well. This was our 2nd year in this complex and we love it. Love having 2 chairs and umbrella included.
