Ottima posizione, bellissimo posto con un bellissimo panorama con pace e tranquillità, proprietari molto disponibili cortesi e gentili, ottima colazione con molti prodotti senza glutine. Un plus la colonnina di ricarica auto elettrica.
Sulla struttura tutto ok, peccato che alcune strade per arrivarvi sono un po' malconce, non per colpa loro ma per mancanza di manutenzione da parte del comune, un vero peccato che il comune non provveda a favorire l'accesso delle strutture che portano turismo in loco.

La struttura è situata sopra una collina con vista a 360 gradi su una Maremma selvaggia e verdissima. Camera piccola ma accogliente. Colazione ottima.

Leider waren wir nur 2 Nächte da, wir wollen unbedingt wieder kommen. Es hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Sarah und und ihr Mann waren zwei ganz liebe. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war ein toskanischer Traum. Mitten in wunderschöner Landschaft. Die Anlage, Garten ist super gepflegt. Im Frühling blüht alles. Das Anwesen ist erhöht, sodass man eine super Aussicht hat. Das Frühstück war super lecker und abwechslungsreich.
Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich.
Die Straße dorthin ist etwas holprig, aber es lohnt sich. Einfach schön langsam fahren- dann geht das.
Unseren Kindern hat es auch super gefallen. Die Katze und den Hund hätten sie am liebsten mitgenommen.
Wir haben die Cascate del Mulino besucht und die Terme Saturnia. Beides schön, wobei uns die Terme Saturnia noch besser gefallen hat.

The staff, Matt & Domonique were fabulous hosts, they couldn't do enough for you. The chef and the owner when we met them were very welcoming. The location was fabulous also. Every effort has been made to make you as comfortable as possible.
The room had damp issues, which they were tackling with dehumidifiers, it didn't spoil our stay, but is reflected in the overall score, because it made the room less attractive. Having said that, it was the oldest part of a beautiful Tuscan property, so understandable.
