Redfish Village M1-410 Blue Mountain Beach 30A (Condo)

Excellent location. Beautiful Beach! Apartment cleanliness also excellent. For a slightly larger family, the 2 separate bedrooms are also a great plus.

The check-in process was confusing and a bit stressful. For some reason I could not find the access code in my email, so I decided to contact the property host. After a long wait on the phone and difficulty being identified, I was informed that the property in question was not managed by the company I had contacted (keep in mind that I called the number linked to the property on booking.com). They gave me another phone number that took a long time to be answered. After that, they provided a code that did not work. I then decided to search through all my email messages and private messages within the booking app, and on my own I found the access code, which worked. It was in between many private massages in the booking.com app. The other downside was the mattresses, which were very uncomfortable. I woke up with a sore back.

The air freshener in the elevator was too strong. It burned your eyes and choked us. Our ceiling fan was filthy.

Location was convenient.

The room wasn’t available for an early check-in, even though the building was virtually empty. And the explanation I received for denying me an early check-in was nonsensical. Also, the key code didn’t work, delaying my use of the room by nearly an hour. Not a good start… Finally, the rock band in the bar located in the resort complex blasted music until 10:00.
