About this house rental

One bedroom apartment in a quiet & very private neighborhood. The apartment is attached to a single family residence on an acre lot. The living room has a kitchenette, access to screened-in patio, pool, summer kitchen and BBQ. One mile to shopping mall, grocery stores and many restaurants. Just 10 minutes from the ocean. Ideal place to relax and enjoy the tropical environment. Tennis courts are available nearby.

This is a beautiful quiet property with a beautiful view of the pool and gardens. We enjoyed the lanai because it was so spacious and comfortable! The hosts were wonderful and generous providing us with essentials, including water, fruit and wine! We appreciated their care yet they were discreet, even though they live on the other side of the wall of this property. We look forward to seeing them again!
