It is nestled in perfect beach location of Collingwood Beach, Moona Moona Creek, Sailors Beach and Moona Moona Beach Park with outdoor barbecue areas.
This property has adjoining house with its own access.

• Bedroom: double bed (linen included) with one side table, dresser, armchair and storage space

• Off street parking is on the driveway(security lights) on the property

• It is suitable for a couple or a single person who decided to take a break from the congested city and spend holiday at the beach site of Moona Moona Creek.
• Please note - Our office is unattended after 3 pm on Saturdays until 9 am on Monday. Any requests made during this time will time out. - Agent to confirm final pricing and minimum stays. - Once Terms & Conditions are accepted - NO REFUND will be given UNLESS PROPERTY IS REBOOKED as Per Terms & Conditions.

The flat was spotlessly clean and comfortable. A short walk to the beach and about 25 minutes walk to Cafes and eating areas. Paradise and safe estuary for young kids.
Flat could have done with another drinking glass and another coffee mug as only one was provided but otherwise well stocked with coffee making machines and other utensils.

Location was great with some nice homely touches. The main issue was the plumbing of the property. Unfortunately despite all efforts, the toilet would not stop running all weekend and making noise, and the drains had a fairly bad stench rising through them, especially when using the shower. Hopefully this can be fixed for future guests!
