It’s located in a great area with parks and all attractions close by . Palermo is fantastic for shops and restaurants . The apartment is on 12th floor facing a busy street with 12 Lanes of cars going by day and night . Expect a lot of noise and the balcony is good for drying cloths only .
The building needs a huge face lift but the apartment is updated and is okey . The pool area isn’t much to speak of as it’s in need of work badly .
The communication was fairly well - we had asked to be met upon arrival
But the person wasn’t much help as she didn’t seem to know the area nor the apartment .
We asked for a late check out as our flight back home was very late at night . Only the morning of our departure we were told we couldn’t stay passed 11 as the unit needed to be cleaned for another party - that was disappointing but upon offering to pay for one more day magically the cleaning got postponed - we left at 5:00 but paid for a full day .
Over all we liked the location , the unit itself could have a few more dishes and things .
The noise is very bothersome but the area is fantastic - communication was very good and quick . I would stay again in Palermo Chico but not this unit .
