Today’s raw marijuana has an extremely pungent aroma that enters the furniture and walls.
If the unit is unrentable due to the smell of illegal drugs, you will be liable for the loss of any rental income.
It is acceptable to smoke legal products only on the exterior of the condo. Ie The balcony. However, the same $250 fine applies for the unit smelling of tobacco products.

The pool, hot tub were great. Een the grounds people, maintenance and housekeeping staff were all amazing, friendly and helpful. Larry is a definite keep! Great view feom our room. Clean and & nice room with all the kitchen items you need to make a meal.

Nice and clean property as described. Convenient location. Big pool, outside grills, and the pickleball court. Quiet location and friendly staff. Beautiful view to the beach! We had a relaxed and great time during our stay.

This was such a nice place with a great view and a host that was very welcoming and helpful. Easy walk to the beach and shopping and luggage carts to help with the luggage! I plan to stay there again! Worth the price!

We loved our stay. The Seahorse Condo is beautiful. All amenities as listed. Our property manager went over and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. My favorite thing every day was watching the sunrise over the ocean. It was a perfect location. We will be back!
