Clean & as advertised!

Everything was exactly as advertised with the addition of some Christmas decorations throughout the cabin. It made it feel more festive & personable.

The washer/dryer wasn’t advertised, at least not that I saw. The “porch” at the bottom of the outside steps was missing a few boards throughout, making it unsafe. Would’ve liked to spend more time down there.

the view and size was great. cabin was dirty. No WiFi, hot tub nasty dirty. we cleaned it to use it. mold around windows, toilets dirty, showers had mold.

Location and view cannot be beat.

Very much showed age. Items in disrepair and wifi only worked first few hours of a 6 night stay. Created several work issues as I had to go into town or up the mountian more for a cell signal. Mngt said they tried to fix it twice than said nothing they can do they will check with owners. We never heard back. Almost fell through rotten stairs out back. Hot tub worked great but cover handles were broken and made it hard to close. The beds were like sleeping on boards and pillow super flat to the point we purchasrd some. Upstairs bathroom clearly a retro build in a closet. I'm a small guy and still couldn't move in shower. It's smaller than a cruise ship for comparison. Fans and house very dirty with bugs and dust. No screens upstairs so couldn't open windows. The one window with a screen wouldn't stay open.

Despite cleaning up some trash from the bears, we had a wonderful stay!!

The bear prof trash bin is not bear prof! They made a mess. Cleaned up trash two different days, left the rest of our bagged trash tied up in kitchen.

Pleasant

Spacious & beautiful views

No chlorine in the hot tub. Dishes were dirty with food on them. Didn’t receive the door code and had to call and wait to finally get it for it to be incorrect but thankfully the back door was left wide open so we were able to get in. Tried getting the correct door pin all week and only one person was helpful but still sent the wrong code. (Tried it several ways and never worked) We ended up having to leave the back door unlocked the entire time to we could come and go. The dryer only worked sometimes.

Maintenance Problems Cozy Cabin

The size of the cabin was awesome. The hot tub, fire pit, and grill was a great touch. Wi-Fi was great once you hooked it up. Location was a nice hidden spot...just too much money for the quality

I did not like that you had absolutely zero cell service. The code to unlock the cabin didn't work, had to keep driving down the mountain 4 times to call for a new code. Each time it didn't work until the 4th try. When you have a little one with you, especially one that had to potty, that can be stressful as heck. And thennn we went and got groceries for our dinner, and the darn oven didn't work!! By dinner time there wasn't anyone to maintenance it so we had to waste our groceries and go out to eat. It was dated and dirty.
