The West 3307 is a split level 2 BD / 2 BA condominium, offering terrific views of the valley from the living room and primary bedroom. This is a well-presented condo boasting Colorado charm. The lower level great room has an open layout with kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area, and living space with gas fireplace and access to private garden patio. Both bedrooms are upstairs, and the second bathroom is located off the hallway.

We loved the location! Wonderful that it had parking and it was very clean when we arrived. We also really liked the layout of the place with the bedrooms upstairs. Plenty of space.

Nice and clean 2br condo. Quick walk to slopes. Management is great. Love the use of shuttle bus. Makes going to town and restaurants so easy.
