Rendezett, tiszta.
A mosógép centrifugája nem működik. Kevés volt a konyhai felszerelés, nem volt vasalódeszka.

Asunnon paras asia oli kiva parveke. Viisihenkinen perhe mahtui hyvin asuntoon. Asunnosta oli lyhyt kävelymatka rantakadulle.
Huonosti varusteltu. Erittäin suppea ruokailuvälineistö ja astiasto, ei astianpesukonetta ei pyykinpesukonetta. Vessa haisi homeelta/viemäriltä, jos vessan ovi oli päivän ajan kiinni. Ilmalämpöpumppu viilensi vain olohuoneen/keittiön. Makuuhuoneissa oli kuuma ja sinne olisin kaivannut tuuletinta. Autolle erittäin vaikea löytää parkkipaikkaa.
