Built in 2010 and nestled along 242 miles of beautiful shoreline, this spacious lakefront retreat at 3126 square feet and 3 porches offers breathtaking sunset views, relaxing outdoor spaces, and plenty of room for families and friends to gather and unwind.
The home features an open-concept layout designed for connection and comfort. The second floor includes a large living room with hardwood floors and a cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, half bath, and a queen bedroom with a full bath nearby.
The third floor offers stunning lake views including a luxurious primary suite with a king-size bed, private deck, and a jacuzzi tub overlooking the water — the perfect place to relax and wake up to the beauty of the lake. Also on this floor are an additional queen bedroom, a spacious bunk room with two double beds plus twin-over-twin bunks, and another full bath.
The first-floor game room is packed with entertainment for all ages and can easily function as a fifth bedroom thanks to its full bath and closet. Enjoy a pool table, darts, basketball game, pickleball setup (driveway is 3 wide and perfect for a game), board games, and additional trundle beds for extra sleeping space.
Accessibility is a major plus — there are no steps required to enter the home from the driveway, and the elevator provides easy access to every floor and all 3 decks!
Outside, enjoy the fenced lakeside yard with easy water access and a beautiful double-decker all-aluminum dock with premium IPE decking.
