About this house rental
Lovely and comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath home with third bedroom located in the office. Lots of mature landscaping. Great backyard for relaxing and BBQ. Hot tub right outside the Master Bedroom for that romantic star gazing moment. Located near many great attractions such as, Whiskey Row 7 miles away, Grand Canyon 2 hrs. away. Many great hiking spots and vineyards in the area. This home has beautiful landscaping front and back yards, if you are looking to rent days that are blocked, please message owner with request as this home is owner occupied when not rented. I have a tiny home located on the side of the house that has a completely separate entrance and separate from the main house. Please do not park in front of the gate located near the garage. This home has no garage access, Plenty of parking. Front porch has doorbell camera and additional camera for driveway and walkway monitoring.

Great home to stay for a few nights. Only thing was an issue with the hot tub not getting hot. Yost was able to assist and help fix the problem.

The VRBO felt just Ike that a HOME. Had all the amenities mentioned and more. Back yard beautiful and so cozy. Neighbors quiet and no street noise. Definitely on my stay again list.

Donna was responsive and her home was lovely. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. We did use the hot tub and enjoyed the back yard. Easy to get in and out. Will be back.

Had more kitchen cooking things than expected. Quickly ran out of propane, but had iron skillets inside to finish…Outdated “welcome book”…like 2014 outdated. Slow response/no response to WiFi—wrong network name. Went through an ordeal about my adult crew stealing items-did not steal pillows. Don’t want to be too mean, but be buttoned up if you stay. 3rd bedroom has no door. Cool house though
