5*Luxury Villa 6BR,4BA 3Ensuits /Pool facing SE/10mins to Disney parks,free Wifi

Great place and location. Super clean and had all amenities needed as far as cooking, showering, etc. we had issue with the trash and pool heat that were never taken care of. Trash: the outside trashcan was 1/2 full with loose trash- never taken care of. Pool heat was never turned on - we were refunded the pool heat fee. When I reached out to Candy or Ivan I felt like I was bothering them - not a good customer experience.

Clean, quiet stay super close to Disney

The villa was beautiful in a gated community which was exceptionally well managed and maintained.Close proximity to supermarkets and Disney Parks and about 40 minutes from Universal.Communication and check in process was very easy and the directions to Disney provided us with an alternative route which was great advice during the busiest parts of the day.The villa was large enough for us all the have our own space and the communal areas were also large enough for us all to sit and eat together.The kitchen was very well stocked and the washer and dryer were great too.The pool was not over looked by neighbours which was also a bonus. A lovely home which was just right for our stay.

The villa is great & was as described. It's very well equipped with plenty of towels etc & ample space for large families. The pool is great & was used daily due to the unusually extreme temperatures experienced during our stay in May 25.However a couple of negative points: My wife wanted a last swim on our last day but was met by the pool guy who had let himself in prior to our check out time & was told it was UNSAFE to use. He needed to add chemicals to the water & this would take 1 hours to take effect. I tried to establish how long the pool had been UNSAFE but due to language differences I could not get an answer! The villa folder states that the pool is professionally cleaned weekly, we stayed for 11 nights & only saw him on the last day!I also paid an extra 60 for a BBQ which required cleaning before I could use it. It was also left with an empty gas bottle which was replaced following a call to the management company. It was left at the front door & had to be fitted by ourselves. It felt like we were inconveniencing the management company in requiring a replacement the same afternoon as making the call.Overall an enjoyable holiday in a nice villa / location.
