Small 2 bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of a residence with parking on the heights of Barcelonnette.
Completely renovated and equipped with: oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, raclette grill, TV, electric heating, bathroom with bath and separate WC, ski box ( note: bed linen and bath not provided).
You can enjoy a moment of relaxation facing the sunset on the balcony closed by a veranda and equipped with garden furniture, offering a beautiful view of the peaks of the valley.
The center of Barcelonnette is less than 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. The municipal swimming pool is a few minutes walk.
In summer, the Ubaye Valley offers many activities that are located near the apartment: Adventure course, children's play park, mini golf, whitewater activities (rafting, kayaking ...), hiking, mountain biking , golf, tennis, lake (Jausiers), lake of Serre Ponçon ... Many events take place there: passage of the Tour de France, festival of the Children of jazz, Latin-Mexican festivals ... etc.
