About this house rental
Once the gate closes, you can truly switch off.
🌿 A real home with soul: a shaded garden, direct access to the banks of the Marne, no overlooking neighbours, and a quiet street.
🚗Paris and Disney are both 20 km away.
But there is no need to rush out: enclosed garden, kayaking, rafting, riverside walks are just a few steps away.
😎In the evening, children can take over the loft with its exposed beams, while the adults find their own rhythm around the large outdoor table, under the cool shade of the trees.

This house is made for those who enjoy space, company and time together.
🍳 On the ground floor:
Fully equipped kitchen
Spacious living room with TV
Dining room seating up to 14 guests
Bathroom with shower toilet, washing machine, dryer.

3 bright bedrooms
Bathroom with bathtub, shower and double washbasin
Separate WC

🧸 In the loft, a charming sloping-ceiling space with exposed beams, mind your head!

A small lounge/TV area
Leading on from this space, 1 large double bedroom
Access to the loft bedrooms is through the bathroom.
🌿 Outside:
Shaded terrace for 14 guests, barbecue available. Please bring your own charcoal.
The real bonus of this house: nature within cycling distance.
At the back of the garden, you will find our vegetable garden. We simply ask you to respect it, it grows with love.
The house itself is entirely yours.
We sometimes stay in the outbuilding at the very end of the garden, which also allows us to welcome you personally and hand over the keys.
Good to know:
🪜 A few steps and stairs are part of the charm of the house. It is therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
🐈⬛ You may come across Békoué, the house cat. He stays in the garden and is not particularly bothered by much.

We will be delighted to welcome you to our home. It has grown with us, filled with laughter, long meals around the table and slow mornings and this is the spirit in which we like to share it.
Settle in and make yourself at home. The entire house and garden are available to you.
Some cupboards are locked. Please do not try to open them. Everything you need is freely available; and if anything is missing, please let us know.
We wish you a wonderful stay!
Other things to note:
We may occasionally stay in the outbuilding located at the far end of the garden, in a fully independent and discreet way, so that your privacy and exclusive use of the house are fully preserved.
Depending on the weather, we may need to come and water the vegetable garden during your stay, of course without disturbing your holiday.

A group of 10 of us decided to stay on the outskirts of Paris. This allowed us to visit the city for 5 days without paying downtown prices. This place was perfect. A 20 minute walk to a major metro station (Chelles-Gournay) then a 30 minute train ride in. We were across the street from the lovely Marne River in an eclectic, renovated house. 3 bedrooms, a loft with 3 beds, and 2 comfortable couches on the main floor for a additional sleeping if required. Isabelle and Thierry were amazing hosts. Very friendly, accommodating and quick to respond. Also loved the side patio where, after returning from our daily Paris trips, we spent most evenings eating, drinking and laughing . Would highly recommend this place. Thanks to the hosts!
