This accommodation can cater for 6 - 8 guests close to the river and nature reserve, secured parking, barbecue area and dog secure garden, boat hire, wide screen TVs, DVD, bath and 2 en suite shower rooms, bed linen, towels, heating included in price, close to local shops, pubs, bus routes. Ideal two families sharing or short breaks for 2- 8 people in one apartment. Three of the bedrooms overlook the garden, and are comfortably furnished, fully carpeted with fitted wardrobes and portable TV/Videos in two of the bedrooms.
There are two en suite shower rooms and two other bedrooms that share a large bathroom with bath and shower. The rooms are painted in soothing blues and pale greens. The second and third bedroom has two single divans.
All bedrooms are equipped with hair dryers and a supply of magazines and books.All beds are equipped with goosedown duvets and high quality bedlinen.
The main bathroom has a large corner bath with over head shower and a hand shower on the taps. Most of the floor and wall area is tiled and the work surfaces are marble. The en suite shower rooms are also tiled with marble surrounds, heated towel rails, shaver sockets. All bathrooms are supplied with large bath towels and hand towels for each occupant.
The dining area sits 8 people comfortably and table mats and cloths are provided. Balcony with seating overlooking the garden.

Beautiful property in an excellent location. The accommodation was very clean and spacious, with bread, milk, teacakes, chocolates, biscuits, crisps, tea and coffee all left for our arrival. Check in was very smooth, Sheila was a fantastic host and easy to contact throughout.The property is close to the village, a short walk from the river, a couple of pubs and places to eat. The bus stop to Bath is just on the road outside and buses are frequent and reasonably priced so no need to drive into the city.We had a wonderful stay and would definitely highly recommend.

Our group of 7 adults had a very enjoyable stay in this warm and welcoming house. Stunning location near the river and an level walk into Bath itself, the house had everything we needed for a long weekend. We particularly enjoyed the large dining table and would have spent more time in the garden had the weather been better. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great time here, the place was lovely, right by the river. plenty of room for the 2 dogs and plenty of room for the 7 of us. The house was spotless, and there was a nice welcome basket of snacks. Sheila kept in touch and the check in was nice and smooth. Thank you for letting us use your lovely house.

Our welcome basket was nice, the house was spacious and beds comfortable. We spoke to our host and there was lots of information about the house.We didn't know how well used the road was or tight it was getting into the parking area. In the end, we parked on the road because it was easier.Recycling instructions were interesting, especially when it came defining a meat container. That could be worded a little better perhaps.Heating was an issue for the older guest and we know it was on but couldn't seem to increase the temperature. But, to be fair that was a personal preference issue.
