Curlews Cwtch is a beautifully refurbished three-bedroom holiday retreat nestled in the ever-popular Byres, at the heart of the scenic Roserrow landscape. This characterful dog-friendly home features a timeless interior adorned with carefully curated local artwork and vintage furnishings. Whether you're seeking coastal adventures or a peaceful retreat, Curlews Cwtch offers a uniquely charming base for an unforgettable stay in North Cornwall.
At the heart of the home lies a generous open-plan kitchen and dining area, the perfect setting for shared meals and special moments. A soft pastel colour palette echoes the golden tones of nearby Cornish sunsets, which flood the space with natural light through picture-perfect windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences, including an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. A dining table with seating for six invites leisurely breakfasts, celebratory dinners, and everything in between.
After sun-soaked days on the beach or exploring the coast, retreat to the cosy sitting room, where plush sofas beckon for family film nights or quiet evenings with a good book. It's a space designed for comfort, connection, and complete relaxation.
Upstairs, three beautifully appointed bedrooms provide peaceful sanctuaries for rest and rejuvenation. The master bedroom houses a sumptuous double bed, the second bedroom features a king-size bed, while the third, designed with younger guests in mind, offers cheerful bunk beds. The stylish family bathroom includes a bathtub, separate walk-in shower, wash basin, and WC, ensuring convenience for all.

We have just returned from our holiday. The cottage was excellent and my five year old grandson really enjoyed the trampalene.
Only thing to disappoint was not being able to see the sea and the garden being on a hill (not easy for me at 88!).

The cottage was lovely, exceedingly clean and comfortable. Our only criticisms, were tiny. No privacy on the ground floor because lacking curtains in hallway, lighting in sitting room dreadful, no baking tins provided, the back garden wasn’t secure enough to let a dog out without supervision. There was also no information provided regarding the footpaths around the Point, and going to Polzeath, so you really didn’t know where to go.

This is a good place to stay, and the house is clean, well furnished, comfortable and has everything you need. A problem with hot water was resolved promptly - excellent customer service.
