A traditional Galician village, first mentioned in documents dating back to 1748, completely renovated in 2006, has been transformed into a charming and cozy country home, located 10 km from Pontevedra in the heart of the Rías Bajas, with good access to other neighboring municipalities such as Santiago, Sanxenxo, Vigo, and Bayonne. Casa Rural Os Carballos offers 5 rooms, all with full bathrooms, TV, Wi-Fi, a large dining room where breakfast and dinner are served, and various cozy corners to escape to and unwind. A large garden, complete with a playground and a small pond with fish and frogs. Our rural home features a swimming pool that will make the hot summer days more bearable, as well as a wonderful hot tub where you can enjoy the bubbles and a relaxing hydro-massage, especially during the winter months. Galicia is a special and vibrant place to experience by a large fireplace, which heightens the senses as we dine and converse. Spring and fall in Pontevedra and throughout the Rías Baixas are two seasons to savor with all your senses.
