Great view and price! Nice pool and friendly staff.
Chairs around the pool area need updating. Bedding needs to include a sheet rather than an empty duvet cover.

The setting, at the foot of a rugged cliff, looking across a minor road to (sadly lotus-free) Lotus Lake, and ponds at the back where frogs croak and dragonflies dart. The proximity to Trang An caves and other natural attractions. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable.
When I stayed here in 2019 it was smaller and friendlier. The restaurant has expanded and gone upmarket and more accommodation has been built, and a new swimming pool. It's now more resort than homestay, commercial and impersonal. Features that made it enjoyable such as free bicycles and the communal evening dinner have been dropped.

Great location and very quiet rooms as they are off the street overlooking the pool. Excellent pool and view to the mountains is uninterrupted.
Breakfast was fair.
