Sleeps 8, 1st BR. Queen bed and 1 bunk set. 2nd room has a king bed. (3rd BR), Den / living room with wall mounted Smart TV The Den has double bed.
Ideal for 1-2 small families or 1 - 4 couples.. 4-6/8 single Skiers/Snow boarders. 1 full bath.
Kitchen at entrance. 2 burners Gas cook top,Toaster oven,Microwave. no oven, Check In 4:pm Out 10:am. Flexible at times.
None Smoking property. Pets subject to Approval.. see detail.

Basic Home cleaning requirements Primarily the Kitchen. / dishes Must be washed and ALL trash Packed OUT of the house and put in Dumpster on Loop road toward ski area. NOTE: we do not have a 2 night min.. Single Night Only fee of $150

First Floor entrance of 3br 1 bath unit.
Winter:The Ski lifts are about 3/4 mile, Kirkwood shuttle picks you up and drops off directly from Cul-de-sac during Lift hours.. Sometimes if it snows heavy and no one has accessed the home recently please prepare for a trek through snow, Once you establish a PACKED PATH getting to and from the home is easy.
Basic Home cleaning requirements Primarily the Kitchen Must be cleaned and ALL trash Packed OUT of the house and put in Dumpster on Loop road toward ski area.
Check In 4:pm Out 10:am. Flexible at times.
No Smoking!! On in or near property.
Pets: Subject to pre-approval. Open minded to one mature dog. No puppies under 3 years old. Strict leash policy, Coyotes often seen in yard.
LOCATION: 50977 wintergreen way Kirkwood ca 95646. Lot 123B
First left off of Kirkwood Meadows DR onto Wintergreen Way and go straight to the end. The home is gray and to your left. The entrance is on the far right meadow side of the duplex. Lower Enter door . If it snows be prepared to deal with a snow bank and packing a path to the back door from the parking in cul-de-sac.
PARKING: One or two cars can be parked on the bottom left side of the circle.Please park perpendicular ( NOSE IN OR BACK IN) to the snow bank on same left side as our house, Any other cars should be kept in the parking area at the entrance to Wintergreen. If it snows move your car there to allow the snowplow to clear the circle. Please be careful not to block the neighbors drive way.
TRASH: Please remove all trash to the dumpster at the Kirkwood Loop Road maintenance yard which is located down a road on the left hand side off Kirkwood Meadows drive.
ROOFTOP SNOW SHEDDING: Snow will slide off the roof at any time during the day and night. It may sound very loud when inside. It is especially susceptible to sliding when the sun is out. NEVER STAND, WALK OR PLAY around the roofline of the house. Do not approach the entry door by walking under the roofline. Always set your path straight out off the back steps.

The host was very welcoming communicated all the necessary details before arrival. He was very thoughtful about having the heat turned up before our arrival. The place is easy to find and located conveniently in the meadows.

Super responsive helpful host! Small kitchen but you can make it work if you eat simpler meals. Super gas fired central forced air furnace....you can keep this place as warm as you want in any weather...huge bonus!!!! No pellet stove foolishness here. Lots of lighting. Washer/dryer on hand though we didn't use it. Bring grippy shoes for the snow path from parking to the door. Carpeted so you can live in cushy socks instead of shoes. Big parking cul de sac. Shuttle stop nearby will work fine for you as long as the shuttle crew is not short-handed... quite a luxury sleeping in on a ski day.

Really enjoyed our stay. Host went out of his way to make sure we were settled and had what we needed. Especially like the meadow view from the bedrooms. Great place to work and play for 4–6 people, but a bit crowded for 8 adults. We'll be back.
