About this house rental
* Architect house built in 2018, 250m from the beach, facing the forest, at the foot of the lighthouse.
1) Consisting of 14 beds:
* double bed room, with private terrace of 16m2, pool view.
* 17m2 master bedroom with Italian shower, view of the lighthouse.
* master suite with direct access to the bathroom, large picture window and view of the lighthouse.
* double room 20m2, children's dormitory (6 single beds)
* Living room sofa convertible into double bed
2) American kitchen lounge, 50 m2
3) Swimming pool 9m * 4m * 1. 5m, heated, UV and H2O2 clarifier (chlorine free)
4) Low terrace: 80 m2
5) internet, tv, Hifi
6) fitted kitchen with washing machine, dryer, other appliances.
* Included in the rental price:
1) 6 adult bikes and 6 children bikes.
2) linen and towels provided in July and August
3) tourist tax included
* Low season, possibility to book a minimum of 4 nights
* Reservation with contract, 500 euros deposit, all will be settled 60 days before the date of entry.
* Make the house clean on your outing

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und eine herrliche Zeit verbracht. Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight, wohltemperiert und aufgrund seiner Größe, durchaus zum Schwimmen geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend (in französisch) Er hat immer sehr schnell auf Fragen geantwortet.
Alles in Allem: sehr empfehlenswert!
