Hello and welcome! Exclusive luxury chalet with 270 sqm located on 1100m in Mariapfarr the sunniest place in Austria. Our house is equipped with 2 spacious kitchens, storage rooms, 6 bedrooms made of handcrafted stone pine furniture (one with bunk bed), 4 x shower, 4 toilets, balcony, garden and terrace. There is also a heated ski room and an electric ski boot dryer. In summer, a garden barbecue is available in the spacious garden.  You also do not have to worry about parking. We opened our chalet in December 2013 and furnished it with a lot of passion - here you can really relax and there should be nothing missing
