Enjoy all around the view of the magnificent Lungau mountain panorama. The surrounding ski areas can be reached in a few minutes. When setting up, we put special emphasis on craftsmanship and high-quality materials as well as barrier-free access. For special well-being and pleasant nights, the bedroom furniture made of solid pine wood. In the wooden bathtub (HotPot) in the garden you can cool off in summer or winter or warm up with wood heating. Large garden with private barbecue summer. From approx. From June to October the LUNGAU CARD FREE is available as our guest. This will give you many free or discounted entries such as swimming pools, mountain railways, mini golf and much more. In winter you receive the WINTERBONUSCARD. Large garden about 3000sqm.

Hello and welcome! Exclusive luxury chalet with 270 sqm located on 1100m in Mariapfarr the sunniest place in Austria. Our house is equipped with 2 spacious kitchens, storage rooms, 6 bedrooms made of handcrafted stone pine furniture (one with bunk bed), 4 x shower, 4 toilets, balcony, garden and terrace. There is also a heated ski room and an electric ski boot dryer. In summer, a garden barbecue is available in the spacious garden. You also do not have to worry about parking. We opened our chalet in December 2013 and furnished it with a lot of passion - here you can really relax and there should be nothing missing
