The 33 m2 large living space contains 4 rooms: anteroom, dining-living-bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. A double bed and 2 expandable mattresses are available for sleeping. The kitchen is fully equipped, anyone can create, who likes to cook. The balcony faces south, from where there is a beautiful view of the mountains of Hochkönig and the village in the valley. The apartment has its own parking space. If you want to pamper yourself, you can choose from 4 hotel restaurants in the neighborhood. The village center (church, livelihood, tourist office) is 3 km from us, only a few minutes by bus. The ski bus from the center to Arthurhaus has a stop at the house!

Cross-country trails, fopper, and a bobsleigh track for challenges-seeking tourists! You can almost step on the footpath and tour path from the threshold. Nearby are "mountable" mountains and rocks. There are many cycle paths on the mountains. Rich animal world and plants delight the nature photographers both in summer and in winter. A fantastic panorama goes up for the swarmers of the landscape. The curious find a copper mine museum and a watermill. The children can enjoy a zoo and a unique water playground. Attractions in the area: canyon with waterfall, knight's castle, ice cave, - a little further away - salt mine, alpine lake, scenic road. For relaxation in the village beach, a sauna facility in the hotel next door is possible.
